Bylaws

Bylaws serve as the internal operating document for the West Virginia Equine Association. Generally, the bylaws detail the responsibilities, rights, and duties of directors and officers. They also generally detail the operating procedures, although these are fine tuned by our policies and sometimes as needed by vote.
