About the Association

The West Virginia Equine Association is an organization for all equines, equine disciplines and equine enthusiasts. In 2004, equestrians in West Virginia who recognized the need for state and local representation formed this non-profit organization. Our purpose is to unite and educate West Virginia's equine community and serve as a communication link with all aspects of the industry and to let our members have a voice in what we do.

The West Virginia Equine Association is an organization of people like you who love equines, have a stake in the future of the industry and recognize the need for representation of the equine community in West Virginia. There is power in numbers and that's what the West Virginia Equine Association is all about, equine enthusiasts uniting to ensure that our voices are heard at state and federal levels, the media, and public at large.

If you are involved with equines in any way, either professionally or simply for pleasure, or enjoy watching others participate in equine events in West Virginia, the West Virginia Equine Association needs YOU!
