Operate in a spirit of co-operation and to encourage communication among West Virginia's diverse equine interests. Regulate, with others, the acquisition , building , maintenance and supervision of trails and rights-of-ways. Share in the development of equine legislation, enhancement of the equine industry and the preservation and protection of equine traditions for the future. Educate and be a source of information and referrals to the equine community and the general public. Sponsor programs and demonstrations and to take such actions as the general membership directs.
